Mohammad Sharbatian is a lawyer who practices business law, employment law, real estate law, will & estate and immigration law.

He obtained an LL.M. (Master) of International BusinessLaw from Université de Montréal in 2017. His Bachelor of Law was from a civil law jurisdiction outside of Canada. He has passed the NCA competency exams and received a certificate of qualification. His background has familiarized him with both civil and common law.

Mohammad was an in-house legal intern reporting to the Executive Committee at the Canadian Credit Union Association (CCUA)before joining Rose Law Firm. His other law-related experiences include legal advisor at Vector Consulting Group and researcher at an international law research institute.

He also has policy-making experience in a Canadian political party. In addition to English, he knows Persian (Farsi),French and Arabic at various levels.
